QR MENU GENERATOR

A new menu shouldn’t mean new table signs.

Turn your online menu or public PDF into a QR your guests can scan at the table. Update your destination for a new season, a lunch special, or a drinks list while keeping the same printed signs.

Active links keep working beyond scan allowances.

Choose a menu format your guests can read

A mobile web page is often easier to read than a wide, print-oriented PDF. If you use a PDF, check that text remains readable on a small screen and that guests do not need to sign in to see it. PrintOnceQR links to your menu; it does not create, translate, or host the menu file.

Switch between breakfast, lunch, and dinner

You can point a QR at a different menu whenever service changes. Open the QR in your dashboard, paste the new URL, and save. The next scan goes to that menu. For several menus at once, link to a simple page with clearly named choices so guests can choose the list they need.

Keep printed menus available

A QR should make ordering easier, not put a device between a guest and a meal. Offer an alternative for guests with low batteries, accessibility needs, or no internet connection. Use a clear caption such as “Scan for our menu” and position the code away from reflections and folds.

Measure interest without confusing scans with orders

Daily scan totals show when guests open your menu link. They do not tell you whether someone ordered, how much they spent, or whether repeated scans came from one person. Use the trend alongside your service records, and create separate QR codes for distinct locations when you need to compare placement.

Your questions, answered.

Can I replace my menu PDF without changing the QR?

Yes. Upload the new PDF to your file host, copy its public link, and save that destination in PrintOnceQR. Test the link in a private browser window to confirm it opens without a login.

Can a QR manage online orders?

It can point to your existing ordering service. Payments, table numbers, delivery options, and orders are handled by that destination service.
