Cookie Policy

Last updated: 14 September 2026

Editable policy template. The operator must review its legal details, business practices, and local requirements before launch. This is not jurisdiction-specific legal advice.

PrintOnceQR uses essential cookies for accounts and security. Advertising and third-party behavioral analytics are not enabled by default.

Essential account cookies

Better Auth sets cookies to keep you signed in and validate authentication flows. These may include session tokens and short-lived OAuth state. They are used for the account service you request. Authentication cookies are HTTP-only where appropriate and secure on HTTPS deployments. Sessions normally expire after 14 days and may refresh while you use the service.

QR scans

The redirect endpoint does not set an analytics or advertising cookie. It records aggregate visits and limited request-derived detail according to the QR owner’s plan. A destination website may use its own cookies and policies after the redirect.

Optional tracking

No Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar tracking script is currently loaded. If the operator later enables a provider, the cookie inventory and privacy policy must be updated and any required consent controls implemented before the provider loads.

Browser controls

You can delete or block cookies using your browser settings. Blocking essential authentication cookies may prevent sign-in and account management. Contact us if you need more information about the current deployment.
